Lisa D.
Synergy Rehab Solutions was set up by Lisa in 2019. Lisa has over 25 years experience as an OT and has a broad range of clinical experiences having worked in acute hospitals, community & disability settings, private practice and aged care. She has extensive clinical and leadership experience in all areas of rehabilitation with a particular interest in brain injury, neurological rehabilitation and working with people with complex needs. Lisa has post graduate qualifications in Clinical Rehabilitation and is a member of OT Australia, is AHPRA registered and FIM credentialed.
Lisa provides clinical support, direction and oversight to the team to ensure that services provided are evidence based and best practice.
Outside of work Lisa enjoys spending time with her two boys, travelling and getting outside enjoying the sunny Queensland lifestyle.
Emily
Emily is an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist who has worked in both the public hospital system and private practice. Emily is committed to supporting people to achieve their goals through a holistic, person-centred approach. She is a problem solver and is dedicated to making a positive impact to those she works with.
When she’s not at work, Emily enjoys the beach and going on adventures especially when it involves her four-legged companions, who join her in exploring the great outdoors.
Emily is AHPRA registered and FIM credentialed.
Lisa T.
Lisa is a Senior Occupational Therapist passionate about client centred therapy. She has worked in both acute hospital and community settings and enjoys supporting clients to have choice and control in their lives. Lisa has extensive clinical experience in prescribing practical solutions for people in their home and community environments such as assistive technology and home modifications. She enjoys seeing how the right fit can improve a person’s daily life.
Lisa is a member of OT Australia, is AHPRA registered, FIM credentialed and qualified for Complex Home Modifications.
Brooke
Brooke is an Occupational Therapist deeply committed to understanding the intricate dance between the brain and the body, by specialising in working with individuals with neurological conditions. Her mission is to continue to improve the quality of life for her clients by helping them regain independence, confidence, and expanding their sense of purpose.
Beyond the therapy room, she finds joy on the basketball court and staying active, cooking with friends, and taking camping adventures in her van. She is passionate about inclusive sport, which is why she dedicates her time to wheelchair basketball, as she believes everyone deserves the opportunity to play sport.
Brooke is AHPRA registered and FIM credentialed.

Owen
Owen, is a caring and committed Occupational Therapist. He has a special interest in working with people with spinal cord injuries and helping them return to activities they didn’t think they would be able to – particularly leisure and recreation activities.
When he’s not working, you’ll often find him catching waves at his favourite surf spot, camping and enjoying the great outdoors.
Owen is AHPRA registered and FIM credentialed.
Anna
Anna is passionate about assisting clients to optimise their participation and independence with daily activities. Anna has a keen interest in working with people with traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries. She enjoys motivating people and helping to bring some sunshine into each day.
Outside of work Anna enjoys a mix of all outdoor activities including surfing, scuba diving, rock climbing, and general fitness – enjoying the sunshine coast and all it has to offer in general.
Anna is AHPRA registered.
Dayle
Dayle is an experienced occupational therapist with a decade of dedicated practice in both hospital and community settings. Specializing in neurological conditions, Dayle brings a wealth of expertise, passion and empathy to every client interaction. With a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding neurological disorders, Dayle is committed to empowering individuals to regain independence and improve their quality of life. Through compassionate care and evidence-based interventions, Dayle collaborates closely with clients and their families to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. From stroke rehabilitation to managing chronic neurological conditions, Dayle is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those facing neurological challenges. Dayle is AHPRA registered.
Out of the office Dayle enjoys latin dancing, spending time in the outdoors, camping, hiking, swimming, travelling and spending time with her family.
Chloe
Chloe is currently a 4th year Occupational Therapy student and is our Therapy Assistant. She provides support to our OTs and completes a range of behind the scenes work as well as working with clients on therapy programs that our OTs have developed for them.
Chloe is bright and bubbly and always has a smile on her face.
Stuart
Stuart (not pictured) is our admin expert and the behind the scenes person that makes sure everything runs smoothly at Synergy Rehab. He coordinates all admin and financial aspects.
When he’s not sitting behind a computer, he enjoys spending time with his two boys, camping and travelling.
