Our goal is for clients to receive flexible and tailor made Occupational Therapy services that help them to achieve their goals and make everyday life easier.

All Occupational Therapist at Synergy Rehab Solutions have extensive experience, are AHPRA registered and regularly participate in ongoing professional development to stay up to date with clinical practices.

The Founder

Synergy Rehab Solutions was setup by Lisa Davis an Occupational Therapist.

With over 20 years experience, Lisa has a broad range of clinical experiences having worked in acute hospitals, community & disability settings, private practice and aged care in Queensland and interstate.

She has extensive clinical and leadership experience in all areas of adult rehabilitation with a particular interest and specialisation in brain injury, neurological rehabilitation, spinal cord injuries and working with clients with complex needs.

She holds post graduate qualifications in Clinical Rehabilitation.

Lisa is a member of OT Australia, is AHPRA registered and FIM credentialed.

Equipment/ assistive technology

Equipment/ assistive technology prescription

We can assess, trial and prescribe a range of equipment and aids to improve independence and safety and help people live the best life they can. Assistive technology may include shower chairs, long handled aids, kitchen aids, wheelchairs, pressure cushions, hoists, electric beds and chairs. Aids to assist people to participate in leisure and recreation activities can also be prescribed. Technology such as environmental control units, eye gaze technology and aids to compensate for cognitive impairment can also be trialled and recommended.

With the changing world we live in we can see you wherever you live and at any time. Using a smart device such as a laptop, ipad or phone we can provide consultations and therapy sessions online using secure platforms

Neurological Rehabilitation

Neurological Rehabilitation

Our experienced therapists can provide specialised rehabilitation to people with Neurological conditions including Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury, Parkinson's, Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Post Concussion Syndrome, Functional Neurological Disorder, Dementia, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Cord injury and other Neurological conditions. Rehabilitation is aimed at maximising function and improving quality of life. Services to manage upper limb hypertonicity including casting ,splinting and therapy are also available.

Our experienced therapists can assess and treat a range of cognitive difficulties including attention, concentration, memory and higher level executive function skills. We can provide therapy to improve these areas or suggest functional strategies and aids to compensate for these difficulties.

Functional Assessments And Living skills retraining

Functional Assessments and daily living skills retraining.

Our experienced therapists can assess and provide treatment for neurologically impaired upper limbs. We can assist people to regain arm and hand function using a range of evidence based practices such as constraint induced movement therapy, electrical stimulation and task specific training. We can also provide rehabilitation following Botulinum toxin injections
